Pastor Delroy is the Senior Pastor, and Co-Founder with his wife Co-Pastor Caroline, of PAGA Outreach Ministries. At the age of 9 Pastor Delroy was baptised and is committed to his covenant to serve the Lord. Pastor Delroy Smith has been married to Caroline since September 1989; they have two children Iriel and Chara and as a couple their still are very much in love.
Pastor Delroy was raised and trained by his mother a widow of almost 40 years, alongside his brothers and sisters who are also involved in Pastoral Leadership and Ministry; he has been involved in Pastoral Leadership for over 20 years and has been in full time ministry since 1997.
PAGA Outreach Ministries was launched on 6th January 2002. The opening was officiated by Bishop John Francis of Ruach Ministries who is Pastor Delroy’s mentor and spiritual father.
The fundamental aim of PAGA Outreach Ministry is ‘To provide a spiritual environment in which people can meet with God, to experience His power and His presence’. Pastor Delroy is dedicated to encourage, inspire and empower people to fulfil the call of God on their lives.
A varied musical background has led Pastor Delroy to perform in the presence of the late Princess Margaret; on radio, television and in the presence of the Jamaican High Commissioner. These performances have taken place in a variety of venues and churches in and around England; he has also ministered in countries such as Germany, Sweden, Holland, Bulgaria, America, and Jamaica.
Pastor Delroy graduated in Pastoral Theology obtained from Spurgeon’s Bible College, London, and was ordained as Pastor on 28th May 2000; he is also a lecturer in Christology, Preaching Skills, Spiritual Warfare and Christian Leadership at the Ruach Ministries Bible Institute held at the South Bank University. He also lectures on Christian Leadership for New Life Christian Ministry based in Dulwich, South London.
Pastor Delroy is renowned for his motivational and inspirational characteristics which he brings to his ministry, bringing a fresh expression of preaching, teaching, prayer and worship within the Body of Christ.
